Initiate Your Request
Log into your GANT account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Package Your Items
Ensure the garments are in their original condition with all tags attached, and place them securely back into the original shipping box or bag.
Courier Collection
Once your request is approved, our designated courier service will contact you to schedule a convenient collection time at your preferred address.
Quality Check and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
